This covers my firearms, jewelry of my wife, etc. I ended up putting my nice new bike on the same policy and it's covered for replacement value. The deductible is $5 - yes, five dollars. Under homeowners insurance, it would be whatever the deductible is for that policy - something that State Farm is going to put up to $1000. I'm paying an extra $10 or so a month for my bike now and it gives me piece of mind if it gets wrecked or some goober steals it. Check with your agent to see what they offer.
